Through Martial Arts, Yoga & Fitness, help your child develop the path of confidence to make the right decisions, to choose appropriate action to adversity, and to help others. Our main emphases for youths are on physical conditioning, fun and focus.
Your child will develop a strong foundation in our age appropriate skill based program. Through physical fitness and teamwork, children develop the body & mind while having fun and making new friends! All of our classes are taught by Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, experts in their fields & are fun & engaging!
Our KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) based yoga classes for youths are specifically designed to teach children the fundamental Science of the 8 Limbs of Yoga in a fun and interactive play that kids love! With sing along songs and music, games and crafts, your child will learn mindfulness practices, stretching postures, breathing techniques & so much more!
Totality Martial Arts Kid's & Youth Programs are relevant, fun, and engaging. This class challenges the students attention, creative thinking and listening skills as well as their physicality simultaneously. This non competitive, progressive system, teaches the value of personal discipline and accomplishment, friendly encouragement and support, and exemplifies the core values of the Shaolin Kung Fu Spirit that is repeated & supported by the practices in every class:

There is a one time registration fee that includes their uniform & safety gear. All children must have their equipment & uniforms at each class to participate.
Kid's Kung Fu & Yoga (4-7)
x2 classes a week: x1/45 minutes Youth Martial Arts Class & x1/45 minutes Kid's Yoga Class.
Martial arts class includes age appropriate physical fitness conditioning, games & martial arts training in Kung Fu and the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
A study science of the 8 Limbs of Yoga through age appropriate games, sing alongs, crafts, mindfulness practices & of course Asanas (postures)!
Youth Martial Arts & Yoga(8-12)
x3 classes a week: x2/50 minutes Youth Martial Arts Classes & x1/45 minutes Kid's Yoga Class.
Martial arts class includes age appropriate physical fitness conditioning, team building & contact martial arts training in SanDa Kung Fu (kickboxing with takedowns) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
A study of the science of the 8 Limbs of Yoga through age appropriate games, sing alongs, crafts, mindfulness practices & of course Asanas (postures)!
Teen Martial Arts & Yoga (13+)
Full access to our Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Escrima, Kickboxing, Qigong & Yoga classes
Students will be exposed to an in depth study of self defense & discipline through our blend of traditional & contemporary martial arts training in the application & defense of the 4 Pillars: Kicks, Strikes, Throws & Grappling
The study of the science of the 8 Limbs of Yoga in one of our Vinyasa Yoga classes
The study of Qigong (Breath Work), mind/body/breath movement & unification; the foundation of martial arts & self control
