Totality Martial Arts is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing health & wellness programs for our community through martial arts, yoga & fitness.

Lifting Body, Mind & Spirits!

Currently offering classes for youths 4-7, 8-12 & for ages 13-18

Your child will develop a strong foundation in our age appropriate skill based programs. Through physical fitness and teamwork, children develop the body & mind while having fun and making new friends! All of our classes are taught by Nationally Certified Personal Trainers & Youth Exercise Specialists who are experts in their fields & are fun & engaging! 

Totality Martial Arts Youth Programs are relevant, fun, and engaging. This class challenges the students attention, creative thinking and listening skills as well as their physicality simultaneously. This non competitive, progressive system, teaches the value of personal discipline and accomplishment, friendly encouragement and support, and exemplifies the core values of the Shaolin Kung Fu Spirit that is repeated & supported by the practices in every class:

We gladly accept exceptional children with physical & cognitive challenges and have a PHD in Special Education staff member with over 25 Years Experience in Special Education & Administration & a National Academy of Sports Medicine Youth Exercise Specialist on hand.   • $300/semester or $500/school year

  • Kickboxing (Fall semester)/Brazilian Ji-Jitsu (Spring Semester)

  • Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) age appropriate mindfulness, stretching, crafts, games, reading & play

  • Strength, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) training

  • Discipline, Respect, Teamwork
