Rachael Shepherd

Rachael has been a movement educator since 2014, blending the mindful flow of yoga with the strength and structure of Pilates. She’s a Nationally Certified Pilates Trainer (NCPT) and holds advanced yoga credentials including E-RYT500 and YACEP, with specialized training in trauma-sensitive, pre/post-natal, and senior yoga.

Her classes are a joyful blend of precision and playfulness—rooted in tradition, yet open to color outside the lines. With intentional sequencing and a lighthearted spirit, Rachael creates inclusive spaces where every body feels empowered and supported. Her crystal-clear cueing enables you to practice with your eyes closed—and still feel fully guided.

Outside the studio, Rachael enjoys hiking, learning piano, and working on her golf swing. Whether she’s exploring movement or melody, she brings curiosity, care, and a good dose of humor to everything she does.
